Our supplier and site owner are an International company with a number of sites in the UK. They can also arrange for you to visit their manufacturing company in the UK to see for yourself how the homes are built, and the homes are then custom designed around you, we sit down with our customers and design their home based on their preferences, utilising the widest choice of furnishings, fabrics and appliances. All our homes are furnished and fully insulated with
central heating throughout, making them warm and cosy whatever the weather. Our
lodges or cabins are spacious, bedrooms have en-suite facilities and
some homes have studies and utility rooms. Your luxury leisure lodge can also
be extended with an optional sun lounge, this 10' extension truly draws the
countryside right into you home.

Doña
Inés Park
Doña Inés, nestling on a
hillside outside the small town of La Paca, is a quiet, exclusive park of
just 50 luxury lodge homes with an initial phase of 25. Each community of
five homes has its own private swimming pool. The park has immaculately
landscaped grounds and is gated to offer residents privacy and security.
There is a maid service available. On-site representatives from the Spanish
company DIP SL handle all day-to-day park maintenance professionally and
efficiently. Each lodge has its own parking space and there is plenty of

Lemon Grove
Lemon
Grove enjoys a rural location in a former citrus grove just ten minutes’
drive from the beach at the Mar Menor on the Costa Calida. Whilst in its
early planning stages, the beautifully landscaped park will make full use of
its agricultural heritage each plot having its own lemon tree. Residents of
the 80 leisure lodges will enjoy outstanding facilities including swimming
pool, on-site bar, restaurant, small convenience store, internet suite,
tennis court and bowling green. Subject to formalities, the first phase for

Moricandia Hills
Some 25
miles, (40km), inland, with a slightly fresher climate, Moricandia Hills is
set on a gentle hill which offers stunning views across the border country of
Murcia and Alicante . It is on the edge of the El Carche National Park and three
miles, (5km), from the lovely small town of Pinoso. Moricandia Hills offers
200 individual plots and a wide range of homes and lodges to choose from.
Residents have exclusive use of the on-site bar, restaurant, convenience
store, internet suite, four tennis courts, swimming pool and open-air
theatre. There is on-site maintenance, security and a maid service providing
laundry, shopping and cleaning as required. Each lodge has it's own parking
