The Saffron (Single) Leisure Lodge
Advent’s Saffron single unit lodge looks and feels much larger than 14’ wide but has the same characteristic quality build and stylish interior as Advent’s other lodges. An open-plan living area feels light and roomy and leads to a cleverly-designed kitchen that accommodates a built-in oven and hob with hood over, an integral fridge/freezer and space for a washing machine. The master bedroom takes a full-sized bed and has double built-in wardrobes in pearwood tones. Next door is the twin-bedroom and a good-sized family bathroom with over-bath shower completes the accommodation.

The
Rosemary Leisure Lodge
The Rosemary lodge is Advent’s response to customers who ask for practicality and good design. They need a space that’s easy to use by both adults and children but don’t see why good taste has to be compromised. Advent doesn’t either.
The Rosemary’s light and airy living area with its tongue-and-groove effect vaulted ceiling is a flowing open plan space. This relaxed look is complemented by carpets in natural shades and contemporary furnishings and fabrics – there is a wide choice for customers to create their own style. Patio doors are at the far end of the living area and the spacious kitchen is at the other. The kitchen is equipped with a built-in hob and oven with a stainless steel hood as standard. Plus there’s ample space for a dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer. Customers will enjoy choosing cupboard fronts, work tops, tiles and flooring from Advent’s carefully chosen ranges |

The
Rosemary Opus Leisure Lodge
The Rosemary lodge is already anideal choice for families and this “Opus” variation adds a package of valuable features: velux roof windows in the living area, LCD flat screen tv and dvd, leather sofas and all main kitchen appliances. The fittings and furnishings are top quality and the overall effect is one of easy luxurious living.
The Rosemary
Opus has a light and airy living area creating a relaxed mood. Patio doors
lead from the lounge at one end whilst the well-equipped and spacious kitchen
is at the other. A panoramic bay with full-height windows adds
light and space to the dining area. The master bedroom has a stylish
shower room en-suite and the good-sized twin bedroom is next door to the
family bathroom.

The
Rosemary Omni Leisure Lodge
The Rosemary leisure is now available with an additional top-of-the-range “Omni” package of stunning features developed after careful research with customers. The large light and airy living area leads to an open plan kitchen with all major appliances finished in stainless steel. There are two double bedrooms, one with en suite shower room and a family bathroom Larger models, with extra floor space, are able to include a third bedroom or study and/or a utility room.
The interior styling
is up-to-the-minute and bold without being overpowering. Luxurious “Omni”
features in the living area include a large corner leather sofa available in
a choice of leather or fabric finishes, spotlights, electrically operated Velux roof windows, a panoramic bay to the dining area
and a built-in dining services unit with wine cooler and coffee machine. The
entertainment system offered as part of the Omni package is state-of-the-art.
A 42” mirrored plasma TV set over an oak fireplace has an integral DVD and
mixer unit to transmit programmes to all other televisions in the home. The
superb wi fi music centre
in the living area also broadcasts to receivers in other rooms. The design of
the master bedroom is a successful blend of English and Eastern styles. Units
in pale pear wood and black trim are set against hot pink, black and silver
soft furnishings. |

The
2007 Tarragon Leisure Lodge The Tarragon
range of leisure lodges, launched in 2004, is already one of the most successful
in the industry. Its flowing living area, well-designed kitchen and its host
of quality features are things Advent’s team was careful to retain in the
refreshed 2007 version, available now. Enhancements include new furniture and
interior design in calm, sophisticated tones. To create their own style,
customers have a choice of four fabric colourways
and four carpets.

The
Tarragon Opus Leisure Lodge
The Opus combines beautiful design-led styling with fantastic features like the optional spa suite and sun lounge, sin the model shown. The suite, contains a Wellness™ shower with steam, light, music and aromatherapy plus a separate Swedish sauna with powerful 6Kw heater. Next to the suite is a glass fronted sun lounge complete with basket weave furniture. The Opus, though, like all Advent models, is a flexible design. For example, customers, often choose to convert the whole spa suite into one huge sun lounge, the choice is yours.
The Tarragon has everything needed
for a perfect second home: two or three spacious bedrooms, en-suite shower
room and family bathroom plus fully fitted kitchen leading to comfortable
dining and lounge areas. We retained all this in its original flowing layout
when we designed the Opus, adding Velux roof
windows in the living areas with flat screen television and DVD as standard
with air-conditioning as a further option. To enhance these state-of-the-art
features, the Tarragon Opus has stunning contemporary interior styling and
luxury furnishings to match. The exterior is timber clad in light oak finish
and the distinctive oriel windows are retained.
Other alternative, lower maintenance, exterior cladding solutions are
available, in a wide variety of styles and colours. All models have UPVC double-glazed
windows throughout, full gas-fired central heating and are constructed to
residential standards. Tarragon Opus sizes range up to 20m x 6.8m (65’ x 22’
